i5-4670K @ 4.1GHz
XFX R9 290 @ 1117MHz/1375MHz Mem

The temperature is incorrect. We'd all be dead if it wasn't. :whiste:

I've hit 2995 Valley score with a Ref Gigabyte R9 290X (Elpida vRam: =1.56mV 1190/1500 - 94C GPU/87C VRM): Waiting to complete my WB Solution to hit 3000 with less voltage and heat without throttling.

So far no AMD R9 has hit a 3000 Valley score in this thread. Maybe next week when my parts come in I will ;o)

Finally got the XSPC RAZOR R9 290X put together - Card is a Gigabyte R9 290X with Alpida vRam and I'm using a QNIX 2560x1440 Display presently at 60Hz.

I believe I'm first to post an over 3000 Valley Score with an Single GPU AMD card in this forum ;o)

My best score is 3066 with TRIXX set at 1258-1500-162-50.

I get a 3057 score with TRIXX set at 1250-1500-156-50 and a 3022 score with TRIXX set at 1230-1500-143-50 = the sweat spot for daily use.

GPU Temps vary from 32C at Idle and Maxs at 47C running the TRIXX 1258-1500-162-50 profile. VRM Temp Maxes at 73C with that profile.

I running the PWM GPU Header to 2 Noctua PWM NF-A14's pulling through a 280x60x140 rad with a custom fan profile in TRIXX on a single loop for now as the i7 2700K is cooled with a Corsair H110. I'm also running a Koolance RP-401x2 with a single PMP-400 pump at 12v. I will post PIC's of the rig in my "XSPC RAZOR R9 290X" thread some time later this week. Case is a Fractal Design ARC Midi R2.

I would totally try to challenge you if my mining bios didn't cut my ROPs in half Q.Q

XFX R9 290 DD (ASIC 72.3)

No intention of running the card with crazy overclocks as I'm sporting a Capstone 450w currently in this rig. Must be living on the edge of it's rated wattage I'd think....Still playing around with it.

Best run I've gotten so far.

what is your cpu speed? because I have a higher overclock on my 660 ti's than your 660's, but I get the same single card score as your 660, and cant reach your sli scores with them.

I'm looking through these benchmarks and it seems as though this benchmark is very heavy on the single threaded performance, because my friend with a 290 and an 8320 cant come close to some of these other 290 scores...

My 3770k is at 4.8Ghz, and i believe some of those runs on my 770 were at 4.9Ghz

Sapphire R9 290 TriX (ASIC 81.6)

Still playing. Best run so far.

1188 core 1625 memory

Using afterburner only allows a +100mV bump in voltage. The core needs more it looks like to go beyond this as it'll start to artifact in some of the scenes at higher clocks.

Comparing the DD and TriX if I was to keep one and sell the other most likely I'd keep the DD as it looks so much sexier than the TriX.

Pretty surprised how well these new 780ti cards are overclocking. I originally ordered a pair of the Kingpin 780tis, but upon hearing the cards are fully geared to LN2 and the straight 780ti Classified is a better memory clocker for air/water I ended up returning them. So these overclocks are plain reference 780tis I received from EVGA step-up. Both are golden.

I know 1300 core is game stable on both of them, at least in BF4 and Crysis 3, which is what I use to game test. So quite happy with them.

Valley run is at 1326/7800. The cards have more core/memory in them as well and I can still bump my CPU to 5.0ghz. Initial run on my new setup for now though.

If there is no tweaks allowed, YungBenny won't use tweaks. He follows the rules and know his thing.

Face2Face, do you want me to create a Doc with your results and make graphs with them.???
