As I mentioned in the 7950 owners thread, I'm voltage locked @1.15V so for now that's the best I can have.

Does it look good? I didn't know there was a new Unigine demo out.

BTW, previous Unigine (Heaven?) demo used very little CPU resources. I remember seeing CPU frequency not even hitting max while Unigine was running.

Very impressive clocks BGT. 1300 on the core!! Try ramping that memory up to 1800+ and you will see 50+ FPS. I am getting my cooler this weekend - (maybe?) I will post some scores as well.

Well....at 1500 memory speed the temps are already getting critical. I need full air cooling but the problem is....the fans start at 0 rpm when I start the bench. The 7950 at idle stops the fans completely. Also when surfing the core is only 40C so the fans wont turn. Its a bit of a critical point for the memory. The memory chips have small heatsinks attached so thats not the problem.

Can you turn the fans up to 100% in Afterburner? Are you saying your memory temps are too high? What are you using to monitor them and how high are they getting?

HD 5850 with a 1000/1300 overclock peaked at 39*C (Water cooled)

Mine seems slow...rig in sig...My card is running at 1020/1275. This is the most I can get out of it unfortunately .

Can you turn the fans up to 100% in Afterburner? Are you saying your memory temps are too high? What are you using to monitor them and how high are they getting?

I use Trixx. I don't know the temps but when the fan blows too slow the mem chips get hot because I see artifarcts in the display. I cannot set the ram voltage in Trixx so maybe it is too low? Fans can be regulated in speedfan so no problem.

PS TombRaider 2013 does not finish the benchmark at 1300/1500. 1250/1250 will do though.

Decided to give this a go. Sapphire 7950 @ 1240/1775 (1.25v)

I used MSI afterburner instead of catalyst to overclock my card and it is much more stable. I upped the voltage on the memory. Running my 7950 @ 1100/1375.

You can run the memory up to 1.7volts on these. This benchmark likes a lot of memory bandwidth. Try for a higher memory clock.

bumped my memory up to 1400. I got a higher score of 1776, but my max fps dropped to 80.5 from 81.2.

Yeah don't worry about the max frames. The FPS and Score is what we look at. Try getting that memory as high as you can. I have seen 1890 as the highest.
