I would like to know how to uninstall "thecoolbar". I have gone into program files and found nothing, then the ad/remove and nothing. It is linked to a porno site and it keeps poping up, it is then puts a short cut on my desk top that looks like an email download file, and when I try to trash it it just comes back. When I hit the shortcut link, it shows it is from "thecoolbar". It also has this rate my pup and bargin buddies that keep coming back. Please someone help me.
