If you were to have an option of unlimited time (think Groundhog Day) or unlimited money, which would you take and what would you do with your unlimited time or money?

Me, I would take unlimited time. I would love to learn a lot of thing that I have no knowledge of; different languages, would love to practice hand-tool woodworking, get back into martial arts and finish my degree.

I don't know why you can't do any of those things today.

I work full time and take a 3/4 load in school. I get up, go to work, after work do school-work, eat, go workout for a bit, spend time with my wife, rinse and repeat.

If unlimited time occur when you are at the peak of your prime, then I would choose unlimited time any day. You can become an "Enternal Emperor" and has all the money you ever needed.

Its a rigged question.
Unlimited time would assume some form of income, if not unlimited. I mean, if you have all the time in the world you'd end up having to use some of it to secure a paycheck to pay the bills, keep the lights on and eat.

So, I'll take unlimited time since it implies a steady form of income. I dont need all the money in the world, but to enjoy my hobbies I would need an income stream.

I presume this unlimited time thing means you basically stop aging? Not sure how great that would be though really. All of your friends would grow old and die around you. Significant others would grow old etc. Your children would get old and die.

At least infinite money you could have an awesomely staggeringly good time and not have to do anything you didn't want to, ever.

But I suppose with infinite time you'd become pretty wealthy anyway, well, one would hope. Plus you'd get to see technology develop and things, to see where it goes etc.

Tough choice. Nah, who am I kidding, show me teh infinite monies

Unlimited $$$.

I'm cool with living another 50-70 years, and then expiring. Might as well have some $$$ to live it up though.

You say unlimited time, does that mean I live forever? Cause there is as much time as there is you're here on this earth, alive...

if you had unlimited money you could spend all your time on your hobbies. If you have unlimited time, you still need to work to support yourself.

your logic is horribly flawed.

While people would grow old and die around you, you'd get used to it. You make friends, they die, thats how it'd work out, wouldn't be THAT bad...

I'd take the time portion ANY DAY, assuming of course I'm at my prime and maintain it that way...

pwn3d. In addition - if you had unlimited time, LIKE YOU STATED IN YOUR OP, like Groundhog Day, you'd live the same day over and over. How would you finish your degree if you're living the same day over and over?

You can't buy time, but you can buy money!
Time = Money, Money != Time.
