REPORT IT NOW. Do you really think that you can do more good than the police and your insurance company can do? File a police report, then call your insurance company and explain it to them. In that order.

Don't attempt to get her home phone number... the police can do that. You are skating the line of harassing her, and it will come back to bite you. You already said you almost lost your job. Just go to the PD and let them take care of it.

my insurance already knows, they will cover me, but its $250 deductable... the police dont give me her home #... and they dont persue this for just a minor accident... i almost lost my job cause i violated a corporate policy, not cause of "stalking" or anything

How would you know they won't pursue it when you haven't filed a report? And how is your insurance company going to cover it without a police report? They don't know who's at fault, along with other things.

they said it wasn't required... and still if i file a police report right now, how will it help me determine whos at fault.. i could just make it all up... the police report wont help at all... all itll do is get her a ticket fo driving with no insurance, which is what ill do once i speak with her and have her agree to pay me

If you don't file a police report, how are you going to get her to pay? She can deny it ever happened. You go to court without a police report, you'll get laughed out. Go talk to an officer, and they'll tell you what you can do. I'm sure they deal with stuff like this all the time, especially with a crazy law like that.

but i see so many sites online that say they show unlisted phone numbers... but i was about to sign up for one, and i did a little google newgroup search and it turned out to be a fake site that stole cc#s.... im wondering if anyone has ever used one and they know its real

im gonna have a police report, but if she signs something saying she will pay me, then a police report isnt a huge deal... she already said it was her fault, and was willing to pay me $100/month until she was done, but that was last week and i havent gotten a hold of her since...

even have a witness that heard her say the accident happend etc...

So before you try to confront her, allowing her to charge you with harassment, file a report, get the witness to make a statement, and let them contact her.

Just because a ohone number in unlisted doesn't mean you can't get it somewhere. There are Many ways to get personal info.

Yeah, go down to the PD & grease some palms. We can get all the info you want from NCIC.
