I missed the promo at EB games when Razorguts posted it, so I was stoked when I saw the same deal at gamestop this morning. Please see Razorguts thread for details as he did a good job of finding all relevant links.

I don't think this deal is expired as I was just able to add it to my cart. My link may not be working for some reason, but I went to their homepage just now and the deal was still being advertised. If I somehow messed up the linking, just try going there(or try gogamer as GonzoCircus pointed out).

Sorry, I didn't see the mention of the $20 giftcard in razorguts post, so I was just referring to the $39.99 deal which imo is still a pretty good one(I didn't realize some people were able to make it that much sweeter). In addition the gamestop deal does come with the $10 MIR that razorguts mentions, so it is $29.99 if you have UT 2003(didn't see mention of this at gogamer. They're probably all the same and therefore all have the MIR, but don't quote me on that).

How about getting it for free after rebate and gift voucher? IN-store deal, EBGAMES, price =$39.99 - 10 rebate (inbox) - 20 gift voucher - 9.99 for trade-in of UT2003 and 1 other PC game = free + tax. deal was on a big poster in front of the store.

not SE version. linky extra trade-in $10 available instore only.

Clawhusker, that deal is probably a bait and switch, as the $10 rebate in the box will likely require you to prove that you purchased 2k3... funny how that giant poster didn't mention this... also funny that the giant poster is now gone from the store.

EDIT: It was also for the DVD version, as on the poster it said PC DVD ROM. I tried for this... hopefully it will work.

If you are trading in merchandise, it isn't free. You are just paying with goods, rather than cash. I could just as easily say it's free after I traded in $39.

Both ebgames and gogamer no longer offering SE ... anyone got an idea where SE can still be pre-ordered?

Game Stop no longer shows the SE either, but I did put money down on it at a B&M store yesterday. Also, the Beast Buy ad shows it for $30, but only promises 10 per store.
