Unstable 12v on Super Flower psu

A few days ago i bought a Super Flower Leadex Platinum Black 650W and now while i was checking voltages i noticed that 12v is not stable. Its moving every few minutes (sometimes even every few seconds) from 12.192 to 12.288 (+5 & +3.3 are superb). Is this normal or not and why?
My system is a i5 6600k / MB Asus Z170-A / 2x8GB DDR4 2666mhz Ripjaws V / SSD Samsung 850EVO / HDD WD Blue 1TB / Evga GTX680 2GB.

How are you checking the voltage? Motherboard sensors are notoriously poor, so if you have the ability try using a multimeter or oscilloscope. Just varying between 12.2 and 12.3 isn't a big problem though, as long as it's not indicative of some bigger instability.

12.288 is just a 2.4% deviation from 12.000. This is well within ATX spec and is considered stable.

However if it's jumping between 12.192 and 12.288 that just means whatever software readout you're getting is jumping, doesn't mean the actual output voltage fluctuates like that.

Most psu's give values like that right? Maybe so it can drop a little under load.
