the first problem i have is when going through firefox webpages that require images/facebooko images, it firefox will freeze then give me the "unresponsive program".
I checked the details and the details of the error are...
szAppName : firefox.exe szAppVer : 1.8.20070.31202 szModName : hungapp
szModVer : 0.0.0.0 offset : 00000000

after i close it i start up another firefox, after several minutes of browsing it freezes again, this time my entire desktop freezes, and i cannot end tast/process for firefox.exe, so i end up restarting!

At first, i thought it was just firefox, i so tried browsing with ie, then that had the SAME problem! I've updated all my registries, cleaned my temp pass/ history, and scanned for spyware numerous times, and still cant fix it!

One thing i THINK that might cause this is i have a program called UltraMon, as im running a dual display setup, when firefox freezes for the second time, i will look at the processes and usually ultramon is taking up close to 50% of the cpu resources, followed by explorer.exe AFTER ending/close firefox.exe.

This problem isnt just linked to firefox, after i finish playing a game, i minimize it complete while it is in its menu, then in the morning, the program becomes unresponsive. i end the process, and my desktop freezes up again! basically, when using my computer, it is not unusual for me to reboot close to 5 times per day! i really need to find a fix for this, if not i will see if reformatting the hard ddrive will do!

P.S. i ran memtest and prime95, both PASSED. ran torture test on the two cores for 24 hours, no errors, and memtest passed 5 runs of test #5 and 2 full passes of default test without errors, I've overrulled that my overclock could be the problem of the instability, what could it be??

Because you passed the stability tests I'd look to ultramon. The utility doesn't sound like it should ever be using much cpu at all. Try running the system without ultramon for a while and see if the problem remains. If you can narrow it down to ultramon you can try reinstalling, or using a newer or older version of ultramon to resolve the problem.

I've tried that already, and reinstalled with the newest version of ultramon!

I run Ultramon as well and whenever my CPU usage spikes for extended periods of time Ultramon has never been guilty of using a lot of CPU cycles.

I know this has been said already, but have you tried running your computer without Ultramon in the background?
