Unstable w/ new Radeon 9100

I just got the Radeon 9100 128mb ddr vid card about a month ago and ever since i put it in i'm starting to get some stability issues. i'm not sure what the problem could be. but this is what i'm running right now. any input on this problem would be great.

Motherboard: ECS k7s5a
Amd Duron 1.2 OC'ed at 1.28
Samsung 512 DDR pc2700

need to know anything else let me know. i just want to figure out his problem.

The 9100, 9500 and 9700 Radeon can be very sensitive to high fsb speeds on some motherboards.

the fsb on those boards is not high last time i checked. hence why i can only use pc2700 ram.

I mean an overclocked fsb resulting in a higher than 66MHz AGP bus. If you have a 1/5 pci divisor, 166MHz is not a problem, 1/6 for 200MHz or a locked pci/agp function.

Your AGP bus (video slot) is made to run at 66MHz, your pci 33MHz. If your motherboard is running on a 100MHz fsb, it divides the pci frequency by 1/3 for 33MHz, and double that speed 2/3 to get 66MHz for the AGP frequency. If the motherboard is running 133MHz, then that is 1/4 and 1/2 for the divisor, on a board that has support for it (older boards don't) 166MHz is 1/5 and 2/5. Some of the brand new boards have a agp/pci lock that holds these frequencies to 66 and 33MHz no matter what the fsb speed. Where you can run into problems is running a 112MHz fsb speed or anything in between the standard 100/133/166 speeds. 112MHz fsp will still use a 1/3-2/3 divisor for 37.3MHz pci and 74.5MHz agp bus frequencies. Again 150MHz fsb speed will use a 1/4-1/2 divisor for 37.5 and 75MHz. On some boards, the 9100, 9500 and 9700 series video cards do not like to go very far above normal.
