My previous job when I first joined AT was a DataCenter Tech working for a Fortune 500 company. I sat in an office, alone throughout most of my time waiting for emails or watching a web browser that would periodically ping servers to check their online status.

Now... I'm enjoying the nightlife and I bartend both at downtown clubs and one of our states largest strip clubs.

The money is about the same, except now it's kinda under the table (tips) and I have access to way more females.

I make Chimeric and Transgenic mice for investigators in other research laboratories. Involves injecting ES cells into mouse embryos (or in the case of transgenics, injecting a DNA construct), and all the BS that comes with it.

I usually just tell people that I'm a professional mouse vagina inspector, b/c that's the majority of my day.

Am currently looking for another job, as I'm moving out of state 2 months from now. Hopefully more into the Health Care field....

I was a Marine Biologist up until the end of last year.

Now I work in Radiology research....though, while I'm not IT/tech, computers and my knowledge of them are extensively used.

Is that what the arrow pointed to?

I work with developing small-molecule inhibitors for various diseases. Any computer-related work is strictly data analysis.

Originally was training to get into the computer networking field during high school, with a desire to study computer engineering in college. Well, senior year of high school I grew tired of computers and didn't want to get into a career and be bored by it, and in realizing while I'm good in algebraic maths, I wouldn't be able to do all the crazy maths that computer engineers get into, at least, without struggling. But the main part was a desire to not get into a field where I'd be bored and dread work.

So, I maintain a hobby in computers, but thats about it. Looking into either serving as an active duty officer for a career, or if I end up hating it, getting into government work. Options are open at that point. Security adviser, intelligence (major: Security and Intelligence, likely go back to school and get a Masters if this is the case, if its needed), or even civilian job sectors, such as firefighting or a special task force unit of some sort in the crime fighting world. Not really sure. Nice thing about military service is it opens doors in the career field. And what I do may or may not depend on what I end up getting as a branch in the military. Hoping to go Armor, of which no real civilian job parallels this, except for contractor jobs in the armor industry, or some kind of military adviser position.

Didn't know my job was suspected.

In this case, the job isn't suspect...YOU are...

I guess what I was asking was what pacifically do you mean by "unsuspected", for all intense and purposes.
