Fuad said the price is $119 and $149 for GTX750 and GTX750TI.

I guess a little bit slower than the r7 265 while using nearly half the power.

I'm more interested in the notebook versions. That could give the whole market a great boost over the Kepler versions.

GTX 750 (non TI) is about 10% faster than GTX 650 Ti in the games tested here

Nearly as fast as a GTX660 while using 1/2 of the power? Wohoo.

/edit: Oh, it's more powerful than the Xbox One. With the GTX750TI you can build a tiny PC which gives the same performance and cost the ~same like the Xbox One. And this Chip is still on TSMC's 28nm process. 20nm allows 90% more transistors on the same size or 30% less power for the same amount at the end of the year...

Wow.

Estimating what this means for larger GM1 cards, and then factoring in the density/efficiency improvements that TSMCs 20nm enables, is mind-blowing when you apply it to GM210.

Even on the same 28nm process they could produce a GK104 successor which will offers 2x the performance over the GTX770 while using the same power.
That is 8800GTX <> 7900GTX league...

Well GTX 750 Ti is beating HD 7850 which is a 130W GPU and GTX 650 Ti boost which is 134W. And GTX 750 Ti is 60W, so its freaking sick.

I think no one expected Maxwell to be this efficient. It is a better jump than Fermi >>> Kepler.
I cant wait until we get GM206 and GM204. I think I will be aiming for GM204 this year. Hopefully we have it around summer.
The icing on the cake could be that ARM processor they plan on incorporating on the the PCB. Im pretty sure thats why they called this 1st generation Maxwell, while 2nd gets the ARM

nVidia has been talking about the problems of process technology since 3 years. So they knew that they need to start to optimize their architecture to get the same speedup like they got in the last 10 years.
And Maxwell is their first architecture developed with mobile in mind. GM107 is real game changer in the notebook market.

Absolutely true. TDP and power draw is everything when it comes to hardware inside notebooks. You only have that much juice available and you have to make sure you don`t put in too hot components.

GTX 850M and GTX 860M is based on GM107 so that will be a godsend for mobile. They also get GM108 which desktops do not get. But considering the ridiculous low TDP of GM107, there is no need to go lower

Wow the power efficiency of this card is nothing short of amazing to me. This is the kind of power savings typically seen in a node shrink. Is it safe to say this card on 20nm could be pushing 4x performance\watt compared to the 660?
