Yet another person who doesn't know what he/she is talking about.
200mhz Barton official news was RELEASED by Anandtech...you are gonna call Mr. Shimpi a liar now?
Yet another person who twists words into God spoken truths. The only person I call a liar is you, since you seem to claim Anand stated things he never stated. Let's see, here's the link to Anands web page where he breaks the "official news":

To make sure you are not too lazy to follow the link, here is the "official news" from Anands mouth:
"As we reported earlier, AMD is strongly considering migrating to a 400MHz FSB for Barton. If you ask AMD for their official stance though, it is much like their stance on the 333MHz FSB - 'we're evaluating it.'"
Please stick to facts. AMD is "strongly considering" a 400 MHz bus. AMD has never stated they will launch a 400 MHz Barton, they have never announced such a product and they might never do it. Fact is that nothing has been announced by AMD except the following, which you can find after the first paragraph:
"It turns out that Barton will ship with a 333MHz FSB initially, and that we received directly from AMD."
Officially, Barton will launch with a 333 MHz FSB, we already knew that from AMD. One day AMD might launch a 400 MHz Barton, we do not know that yet, even AMD hasn't decided yet, or maybe they won't. I think that will depend on how the Hammer launch goes. If Hammer launches at the scheduled March/April timeframe and market reception is good, we can kiss future Bartons goodbye and start buying some cool Hammer systems instead. But if nVidia and VIA gets their act together and can guarantee 400 MHz FSB on all boards, AMD might simply up the FSB for some extra QS rating points.
