I'm mystified as well about how someone gets that big. I had a regular sized steak and half a potato for dinner and I feel full. How can someone even physically consume that much food in one go? Then again I don't eat a lot of high caloric, high fat foods. Buddy must be pounding back Cold Stone milkshakes like theyre going out of style.

in the video, he did say he tried committing suicide. But it's pretty encouraging that the chick still stuck by his side. That's the kind of chick every guy wants (well at least I do): somebody who will just accept you for who you are, and let you do whatever. And when you decide to change your life around, all they can do is be there for you.
And he did have skin surgery. It's that after the skin surgery, he still had too much skin.

I think the best solution for him is instead of eating a dump truck load of food every day, he should maybe eat a pickup truck load. At least it would be a start.
Seriously though, how much freaking food does one have to consume to get that fat, it's not by accident. I eat pizza, burgers, poutine and lot of other bad foods and I eat those foods very often, and maintain between 150-160 pounds. The highest I've ever gone was like 165 pounds. Skip eating that crap for a few days and boom, down to 160, continue to stop eating that crap for another couple days, boom down to 155. And that's without really working out. Unless going up the flight of 40ish stairs at work a couple times a day counts as a workout. That might burn like 10 calories, if that.
Not everyone is lucky enough to have a metabolism like you. I have to work extremely hard not to gain wait just by selling it.
