I would send both stickers. Make copies of everything in case they deny your rebate.Originally posted by: ww4397
I need a little rebate help guys.
I got both the 9100 and the MX200. Both came in white box as expected. The UPC for the MX200 is pretty obvious as there is only one sticker on the box. The 9100, on the other hand, has two stickers on it. Neither one looks like a normal UPC bar code. Which one are you guys sending in?
Thanks.

LOL, you're trying to *reason* with them. I've written TCA twice about a similar UPC problem, once by mail and another via email, plus called them. When they reject because of the UPC code, they will not fix it no matter how many times you contact them. The only way I've had this type of rebate problem resolved is to get the store involved -- and even that took the store several tries to get it fixed on an individual basis (i.e. it fixed my problem, but it's not fixed for anyone else).Originally posted by: kwo
On the "rebate front", I just sent mine out a couple of days ago. I even included a letter in them stating what had been going on in terms of the denied due to OEM white box stickered UPC's..and explained that the UPC's *were* valid, and to contact Richard Wallet if there problems (thanks doinmybestatlast!)

You could get two 9100's if you have the slots. Send a rebate to a family member or friend at another address to get both rebates.
