Hopefully you remembered to order through eBates.com to earn a free 2% rebate, check your eBates rebate status.

staticfly had an excellent idea to summarize everyone's order details. Please provide the following information:
1. Did you order the S200 or S330?
2. When did you order?
3. Where are you located (State)?
4. When did you order ship or when is it suppose to ship?
5. Any other interesting information. i.e: Did your order say delayed for a long time but shipped much sooner? Does it still say its delayed even after you recieved it?
6. If you called Dell customer service what phone number and extension did you dial?

Bought the S200 on 3/27... was supposed to ship 4/1, then 4/16, and now status shows "Call for latest ETA".... juz twiddling my thumbs and waiting for the day when dell finally ships out the S200...

OK, here is the bad, after getting e-mail that said I needed to call to keep the order open, I called, talked to a rep for 10 minutes and he was very helpful, I told him that I definitely wanted the order to stay open, of course two days later they cancelled the order. I called them today to find out what was up, they said, "I don't know why it was cancelled." I then asked if it could be re-instated, he said, "Oh how did you get such a low price". I told him that I had applied a coupon, he said that he could re-instate it but I needed the old coupon code, I couldn't remember it so I gave up. The real interesting part of this was that he said if I re-instated the order that the proposed ship date would be July 16th. Yes, that wasn't a typo, 7/16/02, almost three months from now! I left it cancelled.

hmmm, that would be awesome. the only thing i'm kinda wondering about is how many ppl placed orders for the S200 since it was posted for a fairly short time, so i'm hoping that not TOO many other ppl placed orders. you would think that Dell will be able to get the sufficient amount of stock needed to send the cameras out to everyone. if that's the case, that would be REALLY great... it's a long shot though (crossing fingers). what sucks most is that they gave me a delayed ETA of 5/31... but you never know - when i ordered the S110 back in January, it showed "out of stock" and the ETA was MARCH!!! i decided i didn't wanna wait for that long and cancelled it, but the next day or two later i get a package from Dell - the S110! they sent it faster than they could even reply to my cancellation request...
