Where do I find the $100 rebate for this? I check the old threadbut it didn't say ZE4000, just a lot of ZE4000s series #'s. Thanks

Just ordered mine:

14.1" XGA TFT ( 499511 )
Built-in 56K modem+10/100 LAN ( 492908 )
128 MB DDR SDRAM (1x128MB) ( 491515 )
Mobile Intel P4-M 1.7GHz ( 499497 )
20 GB HDD ( 491510 )
DVD Drive 8X ( 491513 )
XP Pro Upgrade at no cost ( 499508 )

$100 rebate + $200 off Staples coupon + 8.25tax = $759.00

I could of gotten the 15" upgrade, but pay $93.00 more for an inch? hehe

i'm on this laptop right now. I purchased it right before Thanksgiving. My total came out to be like $980, and then there is a $100 rebate to make it $880. I got:

p4-m 1.7ghz
128mb ddr ram
14.1" screen
dvd-rom

The only difference between my deal and yours is that it did not include the free XP Pro upgrade (which is really nice), but the kicker is that in my deal I got a free extra battery which is pretty necessary if you plan on watching any movies on this like on a plane or what not. The battery seems to last ~2hr-2hr 15minutes on a completely full charge when watching the movie. if you're trying to watch like Lord of the Rings or some other 3hr movie, you're SOL without the battery.

As for the 14.1" screen, its enough for what I do with the laptop. If I was going to do like graphics or anything on this, first off I would do it on a desktop, but regardless, I didnt need the 15" xga or the 15" SXGA+ where everything is pretty damn tiny and you have to squint (me personally) or sit like 2 inches away.

I'd pay $93 for another inch, but perhaps you feel confident with what you have.

Trust me upgrading to the 15.0" SXGA is worth every penny, 1400x1050 is awesome kicks ass over 1024x768.

Don't forget to pick up your $30 gift card at the customer service desk.
Valid from12/22 to 12/28 for spending $150.

I tried this with my 30$ gift card I got in the mail, and it doesnt seem to work in conjunction with the 200$ off, says it needs you to up the price to 1150$ on both of em for some reason, it works on the 100$ off though.

Good deal, even without the rebates, i may pick this up as i am looking for a laptop.

It looks like if you stack the coupons, Staples is adding up the dollar totals together. $30 off $150 plus $50 off $500 becomes $80 off $650. Please help me if I'm wrong, because I tried to add the $50 off with the $200 off(notebook) and it came up that I had to have a total $999 plus $500 for $1499 at checkout.

I'm going crazy. If the rebates for all the 300 really does get through. This deal is forking hot.

One question, is it worth going from 41.1 TFT to the high res?? I don't go any higher than 1024x768. OR can I just go up till 15in TFT since I don't do more than 1024x768.

i'm pretty sure that we won't be able to get both rebates. i think this was covered in another thread on this laptop.

I'd sure like to know if we can get all the rebates. I'd jump all over one of these.

Would it be possible to pick this up at a store somehow? Like order it over the phone or something? Or is this online only?

I also only see one rebate on staples website, which is an HP rebate it appears. Where is the other 100$ rebate?
