I sold 3 360's on ebay, and i put the 360 on the scale before i put it in the shipping box.

it weighs between 17 and 18lbs.

I do not see why you are so scared to call your bank or paypal and are giving this person the benefit of the doubt. its not going to hurt anything by just calling the bank or whatever i don't think.

... its your $$ not mine.

then you tell them it turned out you werent getting scammed and they will be happy for you. you are being a moron by not calling. it is their job to do something about this and you arent even giving them a chance. you are screwing yourself.

Damn Son! just wait a couple of days and calm down. I bet you have an ulcer the size of a dinner plate by now. If you do not have it by Friday, then take steps. Until then, just calm down and stop fretting.

If things don't happen by friday, then take action, until then, chill.

Xbox 360 most definitely weighs more than 5 lbs.
There are two options here - #1 the seller is defrauding the postal service by getting E-labels for less than the weight of their package or #2 you're getting scammed like there's no tomorrow.
I'm betting #2, and I'm also going to say you deserve it for being too complacent.
[sarcasm]Just be sure you let it all out on your bank, because you know it's all entirely their fault.[/sarcasm]

Strange how it says 7 lbs. When it should be closer to 15 lbs for the whole set.

The thing with frauding the postal service is during the delievery if they detect the package is over 5 lbs which is a good chance they will since it is a lot over 5lbs it might not be delivered to him.

Maybe the scammer will use that next! "ohh, sorry, I just found out my postal meter is broken. I just noticed it says 5 pounds; I've sent these before and they weigh 18 pounds. That's why it's not there yet. The post office is refusing to deliver it. I'll re-send it tomorrow."

The shipper may have just typed 5.0 pounds as a placeholder when entering the information into whatever postage program/website that they were using. I don't have a postal scale, so when I print out labels on USPS's Click-N-Ship website I just put in a very rough estimate of the weight.

ok so i went down to the bank, talked to the manager. they are going to try to work something out. they will credit my account and then check it out and if they find out in my favor the money they give me is kept, if not, they just take it out of my account

Having it grossly underweight, 3 times underweight could cause a problem.
