If you get a chance to see her.. buy her fav. color flowers and say to her that your not going to take an NO for an answer. You know this is right for you and that is why you revealed your feelings about her. If she still feels that she is going to risk that relationship with you, tell her risking it means we will never know what it means to be together..

Needless to say that's what got me and vanessa together..

though the flowers worked its magic by making her feel nice and warm.. it was something else that told the words that she was going to tell me and what i was going to tell her..

Needless to say IM happy.

Dont take NO for an answer.

I seriously don't see how you can become better friends after something like this. It would be way too awkard. But I'm glad your friend is so understanding.

Well, when I worked with her in the same place like 6 or 7 months ago she said I was her best guy friend. I liked her back then already but I was too scared by my "best friend" status and didn't say anything. But I've been away for the last 4 months so I was probably demoted to just a friend. I kept in constant touch with her while I was gone I constantly said things like I missed her a lot and yearn to see her and things like I think of her everyday, etc. Basically a lot of stuff to suggest that I liked her to give her some clue. She seemed ok with it. But now this happened...

Thanks for the advice, good guy, but I won't be doing what you suggest. She has told me she can be quite cold hearted to guys she rejects and I believe her, so I'll just let it be...

How did you approach her with this? If i were you, i would have done it subtlely at first... for example, if you go swimming... take out the lining of the trunks, so that you have a little more 'bulge' to show. Or if she's coming over, sleep naked with a morning hardon ontop fo the sheets, so when she comes in, she sees you in all your glory. These will instill in her a sense that you're more than a friend... that you're a sexual person taht she can bone. THEN after some of these instances, then you can jump on her.
