fast forward to about 30 minutes ago. I went to lunch with a friend here. on the way back I saw my car driving around and the guy driving it. Since they were on a side street we pulled forward 1 block and made a U turn. By that time he turned right infront of me, and saw me on the phone. Took off speeding. We followed him for about 10 blocks, then my friend could not keep up. We lost him. Tried calling the police, they just said we don't do chases, call us when he stops.

Ouch. Kinda interesting that this topic came up. A friend at work had her car stolen like a week ago, but the other day she was driving down a main road in town (in her rental) and her car passed her going the opposite direction. She whipped around, followed them and called the police on her cell. When the cops pulled them over, the driver jumped out and ran into the woods, the passenger surrendered - and ratted out the other guy which they picked up later that day. Inside the backseat and trunk was PILES of bricks of weed.
