Dood.. I don't have it unfortunately, but for future reference, always print off or save the file on the rebate receipt whenever you make a purchase involving a rebate. The stores seem to do just about anything (that's legal) to keep you from actually submitting a rebate.

I bet home office was chomping at the bit to pull that rebate submission as soon as they possibly could.

Mine was delivered by FedEx with NOTHING other than the shipping label -- no shipping doc, no invoice, nada. Called OD CS and they are sending a receipt by priority mail; doing the same for the one ordered in my wife's name to her mother's address.

If it was a Staples rebate, I would have just printed out the online or email order confirmation, but judging by my recent experiences with OD rebates, some of their processors are about 2 sandwiches shy of a picnic so decided not to chance it...

Then someone bought one and I bought one right after him.

Fortunately they had already lowered the price to $69.99 so no need to PM, used the $20 off $50 printable coupon with no problems.

While assembling my chair, I found the brown 4x6 card with a photo & descr of the chair along with a UPC Code.

I was struck with a quick case of paranoia, thinking that this was the UPC to be mailed in, as I had already mailed it. Seems, however that most here sent (or intended to send) the UPC from the shippping container also.

For those of you whose boxes were thrown away, maybe you can mail this in ...(?).


I am thrilled with this chair. Did my bit to support the economy by distributing my money at all three office stores; OD(chair), OM (256-PC-133) and Staples (APC UPS). Yee-Haw ! (Yaba -Duba-Dew).

This has been a great deal, except for a 'minor' glitch.

Apparently OD discovered a part was missing during shipping. (That's what the web status said.) Some fool CSR created a new order and left off the IR and coupon. When I called they took a long time but credited the $25. CSR said it would take 7-10 WEEKS to see the credit. Told her to send the truck back to pick it up. After a quick hold she said it would be 72 hours and she had made a mistake because she was tired.

We'll see....
