i may be missing something, so please forgive, but is this chair discontinued? couldn't one go and get another chair (but not necessarily buy) and scan/xerox the upc then? plus they have a copy center...

I just checked the rebate site, and my rebate is Qualified! And if memory serves me correctly, I believe there were at least four UPC codes on the box... which I still have. It's waiting to be recycled. So while I don't have a scanner, I do have three UPC codes. If someone want one, let me know.

Yeh, there were upc codes on each side of the box. If I still had those boxes, I woulda been happy to share them.

i checked, but my rebate isnt in their system yet. it figures because i mailed the rebate on the 6th, so its only been like 5 days since then.

i ordered it online using a $15 off $50 coupon and i mailed in 1 UPC from the box, along with the invoice.

hope mine goes through okay. any other people having any luck?

Take heart all - I got an email today from The Express Group saying my $30 rebate for the chair had been approved. Now I just need to wait "10 to 12 weeks" for payment! That's really too long, but better than Rejected. Hope the rest of you get the same results soon.
Oh yeah, I sent one of the UPC's from the box (and the rest are long gone in the trash truck so I can't supply the needy).

I have not sent in my rebate yet but my box does have upc's on all four sides. They are stickered upc's though over the original bar code it looks like. I dunno The numbers look the same under a light after i cut it out. maybe something was wrong with the original bar code?

I would include the product number because some had been rejected for not having the right UPC. This gives Express Group another way of identifying the chair. You'll probably get the rebate either way, but I don't see a big deal in including the item number as well.
