If you purchased online, you can use the packing slip, you can go online and under your account and under your orders, you can print off your online receipt, or you can call Office Depot's 1-800 number and request a faxed copy of the receipt if you have a fax machine. Any one of these can be used as a receipt as long as it has the item on it and date purchased.
I just went and bought another chair for my mom to take to work right before OD closed at 5. I took in another copy of the shopping cart with the online price and another printed off coupon. I even dealt with the same CSR. I was waiting for him to give me crap and then I was going to tell him that I'm my twin brother. It didn't come to that though.
