I have sent 2 of these boards back to newegg, no hasel on the rma, but the shipping is killing me. Needless to say I ordered another brand of board (kt7a). Go to ECS web site and check out the forum on this board, compare it with the rest of their boards.:disgust:

one question, i just started building systems with this board(k75sa).... right now, i've too many HDDs -that i need more IDE channeled board..... is there any board that have more IDEs....I want to expand my PC to add a 60GB on top of the two full 30Gigs i already have on IDE0... thanx

I have to second this warning. I'm about to buy one of these boards myself but some folks *are* having problems with them.

Still, it looks like the vast majority these boards are just fine. But I'll be buying locally at Fry's so that I don't have to deal with shipping costs and time in case there's a problem. (This is not a knock on newegg. They are a great outfit but they only sell via mail order.)

So you have to ask yourself: Do you feel lucky? Well do you?

I was one of the unlucky ones, got a bad board. RMAed it and bought a shuttle AK31a (nice mobo). Although Newegg's RMA service is pretty good.

Here in Sacramento the ECS board is $79+ tax
