I also received my check FedEx overnight from OH. Sent two e-mails to Natalia.
Philips will never again see $0.01 of my money.

I did, however, send Natalia a "thank you" e-mail. I told her that after all the lies and false promises I was given, it was refreshing to deal with someone as attentive and caring as herself. Her company is crap...and I hope she moves on to a better job. She would be a great asset to a "decent" company.

Also, thank you to all of you who helped get this resolved. These forums really help 'cause they let companies know that we are banding together to fight them when they pull crap like this!

1) Natalia's so damn good that she's able to mail checks so they arrive just hours after people contact her
~OR~
2) She was told to just take people's addresses to pacify them until the checks arrive

I'm betting on #2, because I last contacted her on Saturday. Given her "service" for some previous AT members, I should've received a check by USPS Extra P1MP Sunday Delivery. Since I haven't received squat yet, it looks like I'll need to look up the FTC & BBB complaint URLs again. Grrr....

Got my check today. I'm sure it was because I followed up with Natalia. .. I emailed her in December, and she seemed deeply appologetic and said she'd get things done. About 5 days ago, I emailed her again and asked where the rebate was. Bang, I have it in my hands.

So, the story ends. I'm sure that everyone who contacts her will get your rebate .. and this thread can end!!!

I received the $40 rebate today! Mailed from my very own hometown! If I had known that, I would have paid them a visit weeks ago!

It's been a long ride on the Philips rollercoaster and I'm glad it's over!

WTF?? -- I emailed Natalie last Thursday, got a reply on Friday LAST week saying "Check will be to you in 2 days".

It's now Thursday evening, and guess what? NO CHECK. [Yet the rest of you are getting 'em]

Guess my first "polite" email wasn't enough. Will be a bit more firm this next time (the word 'lie' WILL be used)
