sent an email to Natalia last night and got the "Your check will be mailed within 48 hours." message this morning. cross my fingers.

just sent my little BBB/FTC "threat" to natalia russ, and got that "check will be mailed in 48hrs crap" ... if I do get it, props to her, but i'm still filing complaints. philips just sucks, from now on they can keep their crap.

Hmmm.... I got a second check in the mail yesterday from Philips. I did buy two drives, but one was for my GF and we filled out the rebate form with all of her info, but this second check was sent to me and is in my name.
Odd.
She hasn't gotten hers yet, even though Natalia Russ said she should've.
This happen to anyone else?

Natalia is GOOD.
I emailed her on the 8th at 4:30pm.
I got the check on the 10th, with the envelope dated on the 8th!

She didn't reply to my email though..

Natalia came through for me, too! I got my check 2 days after I emailed her. Thanks so much for all the effort everyone on this forum put into making this possible! I will be sending Natalia a nice thank you letter shortly.
