I send email to Natalie on Jan/10 and got my check yesterday Jan/12.
But I think it just a coincidence because the Date on the mail is Jan/8.
So it had been send before I send an email.

Received my 2nd Philips rebate today for 20, net price 39.99. It was for the 12X burner I purchased in Oct from OD. Thanks for the e-mail to Natalia, otherwise it would have been 4+ months until I received my money. It took over 4 months to get my 40 on the 8X burner. Maybe we can go back to buying stuff with Philips rebates now that we have a hot line, straight to the rebate department.

By the way, it was Monday night I sent the e-mail and within 5 days the rebate came by regular mail. The rebate was printed on the 8th, which was Tuesday. Very fast!

Just for the record I received my check on Jan 11. I emailed Natalia on Jan 2 and she promised it would be shipped within 48hrs. Looks like she is the ONLY one in the entire Philips organization that has her head on straight. For all those who still haven't received their rebate check I urge you to send her an email with your purchase information. Good Luck!

Philips actually sent me two rebates by mistake. I feel bad not to send the second one back but I won't lose sleep over it. There are probably 10s of people that have died waiting on these rebates and Philips is still way a head

All I gave was my name and address. She didn't ask for any rebate tracking number or serial number. I assume my name was in the database?????

same here I emailed her my name address and phone number(who knows she might be cute )

I also copy and pasted the info from rebateshq showing they received my info on 8/1.

On December 26th I recieved an e-mail from Natali (sp?) and she stated it would be mailed in 48 hrs. It's now Jan 16th and still nothing. How long has it been taking from the "48 hours" to your hands?

I got my check after I e-mailed Natalia a week before. I think Natalie does help to get the check since I ask her to send my check to a new home address. But my CD writer was broken yesterday( i think ), it can not read and record any disc, I replaced this one with another CD writer ,
then everything is OK, Should I return this writer to Philips? Who will pay the shipping fee?
