This is after calling in mid November, being given a case number, and an assurance the rebate would be fulfilled within 4-6 weeks by a lowly CSR.
Quite obviously, Philips is stiffing (hundreds, if not thousands of) consumers who aren't aware the best (only?) way to get paid is to email Ms. Russ.
So please, be sure to email the FTC and file a complaint, even if your rebate has been paid. I haven't yet, but I wouldn't be comfortable if I didn't do it. Someone post a form letter if they have it.
