It's probably recommended to water your lawn with something like this.

Would look a lot less suspicious than traditional trigger handled nozzles. I don't think police in my town would ever be that stupid though.

Remember people it's absolutely crucial your conscious of your water nozzle choices... the wrong one could get you suddenly gunned down for your foolishness.

i've lost all respect for all LEO....

your not a good cop, if your still a cop, and these things are happening around you......and they are happening EVERWHERE....

most of the time the victims dont have the means/circumstance to bring the attention of the public eye to it... but yes, its happening everywhere, in every single police station and sheriffs office..

i even have a good friend who's a cop, we had this talk.... he said he's seen it first hand, never participated but seen it first hand.....but he didnt intervene... and he wont dare cross the "blue line."

so..he's no longer my friend.

shit's getting real in the old USSA, we REALLY do have jackboot thugs now, it REALLY IS a police state...

1 in 7 adults, are incarcerated in this country, incarceration meaning, either in a facility, on probation, parole, or with criminal action pending.

and now with this new "administrative license revocation" program that is starting up in some states (TX for one, where i live)...........that's REAL TOTALITARIANISM....

your license can be revoked now........in civil court... no criminal action needed.... none at all... just probable cause...... and then, get this... they can take the judgement, from civil court (if they rule there was probable cause for the officer to even suspect you may have been DUI, doesnt have to be an arrest, doesnt have to be an arraignment, nothing.. because it's civil action) but they can take the judgement from the civil court hearing, and then, use that to press criminal charges, for DUI...

read about it here:

Did you really just suggest that the fact it is legal to own guns is an important consideration in whether cops should be able to avoid shooting a drunk holding a lawn nozzle on his own property? And then go on to say our relationship with firearms is messed up?

No, I said absolutely nothing of the sort.

One reason that police officers in the United States are so trigger-happy is because they seem to expect gun-wielding citizens to take a shot at them wherever they go. The proliferation of guns and staunch defence of how easy it is to acquire them is a major contributing factor to that mindset.

Private citizens fear government, get guns. Government agencies fear citizens, form SWAT teams in the smallest towns and upgrade to military spec gear. The country is headed further and further down this path of a domestic arms race. What's the solution - yet more guns?

These kinds of dumb comments are not helpful. Just because there are some bad cops does not make them all bad.

Go to your local police station and request a ride along on a Saturday night. It might do you some good.

Some bad? Maybe you missed a large metropolitan PD shielding these bad individuals?

Yes I agree some cops are good I know many. I call them friends I hunt and fish with among other things but that's a different world than unaccountable metros operating as a gang and corruption, police state and culture of accountability operate in. Add Long Beach to that list.
