Got this case yesterday, so far, I'm loving it.

A couple things I noticed:
- It does not come with the shock dampeners(little rubber things) for the hard drives.
- It does not come with the additional card support on the side.
- Looks like I may have some problems putting CD-ROM in the lower slots.
- It comes with a GLobe medium speed fan on the side.
- I love the toolless features.
- Reset button is too dang small.
- USB? hmm it's there, but it has 4 connectors for each one. My mobo has 5 pins, it's missing one for each USB called "case ground" I hope thats not very important. Or do I have to make my own case ground?

What is the fastest AMD cpu anyone is running with this power supply? I want to try a 1800 XP in it.

I bought a black one for my Home Theater PC to match my audio equipment and TV. I didn't bother getting a floppy drive for it since I never use 'em anymore, and unfortunately the case came with only one 3.5" drive cover so now there's a big ugly hole in my case. Anyone have a spare cover they can send me? I'll Paypal you $2 for it to cover shipping and your time.

jtw99, I have a 1700XP running with this power supply. Your 1800 should be fine.

These really are very nice cases, and I would definitely recommend them over the Enlight 7237 (I've built several systems with both of these cases, and the Evercase is just easier to work with.)

Earlier in the thread I read that some people had their side fan as intake. From my experience, I think it better be for exhaust.

CASE BADGE?

I have this case and noticed an odd shaped area indented for a case badge I would think. It's at the bottom of the bezel, round on either side. Not your typical 1" square indentation. Any idea who makes or how you could make your own badge for this spot? I've seen the make your own badge kits for the typical 1" domed badge, but this is a unique shape. Any help would be greatly appreciated..... Thank you.

I even called the folks at Newegg and told them with so many people ordering this case from them, wouldn't it be a good idea to make available a case badge to fit the space on the front bezel? I haven't heard from them and it's been months.

I've heard some people say this was a loud PSU. How loud is this case?

And since I'd like to build a quiet PC, how loud is the side fan?

Looks like a great deal...

If you can build a computer, you can hook up the front USB. I got the front USB/Firewire/audio jack and I had no problems. This was my first computer build too.

BTW, I think the side fan is a bit loud. Originally, I removed the fan from the side mount and put it in the back. Computer was pretty quiet. I then bought an Enermax fan to put in the back and moved the stock fan to the side bracket. Computer is a bit loud now. Livable but loud.

Just my opinion.

Get some panaflo L1A's or something to replace that loud side fan. Also I would think you would want to use the side fan as an intake as long as you have a front and back case fan. Otherwise you should use it as exaust. It all depends on the room temp.

How do you guys think an XP 1900+ w/ FIC AD11 would run on this? I'm just wondering if the power supply will be enough. The most I would stick into it would be maybe a couple fans, a cd-rw drive, a dvd drive, 2 hard drives, and a gf3 ti200. Not much else. Thanks

I bought this case awhile ago put my new Abit KR7A-133Raid MB in it. My question should the mb lay over the last three mounting bubbles, but not line up? I put the mb in the case and it ran for a little bit, i shut it off and now it won't start up, nothing happens, the light on the mb is lit, so it is getting power. i checked the cpu in another mb and it is fine. Did the mb short out? I put it in another case and still nothing. Anyone help me out on this? Is it a bad MB?
