Anyone else not getting the Cash Back link in their Ebay message ?

I have used Cash Back before but this is the first time I got a message like this in my Ebay messages :

"Hi
You're eligible for US $195.00 cashback! Your Microsoft cashback will be available in your PayPal account in approximately 60 days, subject to conditions.

We appreciate your business.

No link at all just that message.Also who's paypal account will they put it in ? The paypal account tied to the Ebay name or the one used to purchase the item ? I used my brothers ebay account but paid with my paypal.I've done this before in the past with my other brothers ebay account and didnt have a problem,but I got the message with the link and had to create a Live account,not this time.

Yesterday was nice 30% with live and the 10% ebay coupon. Got a Panasonic Luminix G1 for $391.

is there anyway to tell if indeed you are going to get the live $$? i am looking at a couple of items that are buy it now, paypal and in the u.s., so is that all that is needed to qualify? don't want to lose $200....

Did you follow the instructions on the first page of this thread? If you see the % off green logo near the top center of your eBay pages, then it should work. Click on the Buy It Now button and it will take you to the 2nd page where you must confirm it to buy it. It will show you exactly how much cash back you will get before you confirm it.

i just ordered 2 things from ebay and got instant cashback. it wasnt like a big cash back but one was $3.40 cashback and the other was $0.94. Why did i get instant cashback?

I just got my first instant cashback!! Bought an electric razor and paid with credit card. It was in my paypal account within 2 minutes.

As long as you pay through PayPal, it doesn't matter if it is PayPal funds or CC.

Yep. I paid through paypal with my CC. I have a pending CB.

Hate to tell you but you will have to wait longer then that. When M$ releases your money it takes (in my experience) 4 - 10 days for payment. The TOS says something about 14 days, but I have never had it go that long. The only time I freaked about the money was when the site was having problems and everything was 0 days. I have had about $1K total across business, personal, and family eBay accounts.

Search for "wii" 2nd link shows 25% off. Takes you to an ebay store but u can still search for normal buy it now items.

Had to cancel an order yesterday @ 30% to purchase the same item again today at 25% because Live didnt credit everything.

Don't purchase multiple items from one person on the same ticket. Just purchase separately then email them for combined shipping... or ask them to make a custom sale page with all items. Live only credits the first one... my mistake.

Also, I noticed that items purchased under $60 (or maybe $100) are rewarded instantly into paypal account...

Not true.

First transaction - item was ~$48, cash back was $11.xx, and it is currently pending.

Second transactio - item was $43, cash back was $11.xx and it was instant.

Instant cash back seems to be random.
