Please take the following steps:
· Log into the PayPal account you used to pay for the eBay purchase. Confirm that the payment does not appear in the account.
· If the payment does not appear, please contact PayPal Customer Service to have your account reviewed. Go to
www.paypal.com and click on the Contact Us link for PayPal support.
· After PayPal Customer Service confirms the account can receive funds, please reply back to this email with your PayPal account email address and we'll attempt to send the payment again.
