Yea I was going to mention that it looks like a bunch of stuff is at 20% Bing cashback on zip zoom fly, though when you transfer from bing to zzf it states 4-20% so YMMV.

Guys, if my purchase does not show up in Bing CashBack account after the merchant (JR.com) has shipped my order; should I just refuse the delivery or deal with Bing customer service and fight for the cashback?

I have used Bing Cashback a few times in the past and this is the first time my order did not show up on their site. Normally my purchases will show up in Live cashback acount in 10~ 15 mins after the order.

JR.com won't charge me anything extra if I refused the delivery and seems like UPS is going to deliver the product (they normally just leave the package at my door without any signatures) before I get any response from Bing CashBack customer service.

In general, how good is Bing?s customer service when you try to dispute an order not showing up on their cashback site? Should I stay on the safe side and refuse the delivery then re-order the item from the merchant? Once the package is delivered, I have to pay a restock fee (and shipping fee) to get them back.

As of just a little while ago, it was back to 10%.

What'd you buy and how big of a deal is the 20%? In previous times I've used Bing CB sometimes it took awhile to show up but I always got it...

I've found that the Bing customer service is quite good.

I had an order that didnt show up for quite some time and after spending a couple of minutes with the rep, we found that I had fat fingered the email address when placing the order.

He got it all fixed for me even though their policy said that they didnt have to.

I would call them and see how they can help.

I bought a home theater receiver from them. The CB is really the only reason I bought it from JR.com. Their price before CB is the same (or even higher) compare to other online merchants. Bing wants us to wait 2 days before contacting them about any missing order, it only has been little over 1 full day for my order. However, the package has already been shipped and all my previous cashback orders were updated to my cashback account very quickly after the order. (I have used live cashback with 4~5 different merchants before, but this is my first purchase from JR.com using Bing cashback)

Has any other people here used Bing(MS Live) Cashback on their JR.com orders before? How quickly do they post your order to the Bing cashback site? I figure I only have 1 or 2 days left to inform UPS my 'return to sender' decision, and this is the only time I want UPS ground service to take their time and ship my order as slow as possible

Newegg is (or was yesterday) at 10%.

Zipzoom is scum. They send out an email which lists a GTX 275 as $154.99 (after Bing and coupon), good until Aug 16th. So you click through and it comes nowhere near that- it's like $200. So does ZipZoom make money for every time someone clicks through Bing to their site?

I got my cashback from JR in a about a day. This was for a purchase on 8/11.

I do not recall seeing any deals like that. Maybe a GTX 260

the only deal that good that I know of is through tigerdirect with $20cb from paypal in addition to the 12.5% CBand rebate on the card.

a GTX 275 is anywhere from $230 on up and various cards have rebates now. I take that back some of the cheaper crappy warranty cards are selling for less.
I think I saw a deal on an msi card, but do not recall where it was, but I still dont think I saw on for $155 anywhere

How long does it usually take to get cashback when you use paypal? I thought everyone got the cashback usually pretty quick. I purchased something off ebay June 22 and it is still pending and say it will be deposited in 4 days. I also just purchased something from footlocker a few days ago and it says You can request your cashback reward in 58 days.

Weird the coupon thing isn't working, maybe the deal ended.

There were two other deals, one for $153 at Tigerdirect and one for $144 at eWiz but they are OOS now.

When I used cashback previously it always listeed the % off on the same page where I ordered the item.

Now, FootLocker and Eastbay are listed as 50% cashback when you click on them through the bing website. But when u get to the store sites, there is nothing that lists the cashback % (or even mentions cashback for that matter). Does one need to proceed on pure trust that the cashback will be given? A bit disconcerting to me when you are talking about 50% cashback.

Can anyone shed more light on this?

Yes, you must proceed on trust. Just screen capture the relevant parts in case it doesn't go through for some reason. I'd use IE, as some people have issues with FF ordering.
