i ordered my case a few weeks ago and i still havent recieved it yet... i was charged and everything... any info would be apreiciated

2 times, they're slow as hell, but the cases are pretty cool, I have the Doggie & Kitty cases (for my kids)...

They were decent when i ordered from them about a year ago. Sent me a 350watt ps instead of the 300 i ordered with the case... BTW, the cheap cases from there look good, but are kinda flimsy...

i just called them, and their phone system is fooked up.... i dont think i got anywhere with that... what a waste of long distance time!!!!!
im not gonna order from them again... cause they suck..... this is the longest ive waited for a case from anywhere!!!

just called again.. someone picked up this time .... i clearly stated that i placed an order about a month ago.... and they said hold please... i sat there for like 30 seconds and then the automated thing kicked in and said that they are unable to take my call... and i should leave a message after the beep!!!!!

what kinda SHIZZZNIIT is this!?!?!?!?!?!

My experience with them was far from satisfactory! IMHO they need to hire some competent shipping personel !

back in feb. They were very slow (about 1 month from order to delivery and im only about an hour away) but it did come.

I ordered 6 PS from them back about 5 months ago. I ordered before checking resellerratings and liked to kick myself in the @ss. However I must say the order got here within the week, so I had a pretty good exp with them.

finally got my case on tuesday....

they actually sent it out on 9/11.... when i ordered it on 8/24....

altho i didnt order a psu or fans.... i got 2 case fans and a 350w psu...
also i "love" the instructions or the case... half a page of pictures and with the led configureation not even close to my motherboard.... ill try to scan itin....
