really nice! i've always wished that AT would have a UNREAD MESSAGES to show me which threads i have not seen. the graphix and layout is definitely prettier/cuter. however the transformation wasnt a total success. my personal profile had some changes where [l] became a href and my heatware link disappeared and GMT became EST instead of my preset PST and several others. but all in all, it's great!

Can't speak to the new functionality which I have yet to see, but the lack of "Sort by original post date" option really kills this upgrade for me.

Are we not going to have the ability of placing a read receipt on private messages? I don't see that option anymore and it is useful.

I hate it. The color themes are horrid, and it's hard on the eyes with all these extra spaces and stuff. Anandtech had one of the nicest looking forums around--then they up and did this! Ahh well...

I agree.. Anandtech had the best looking forum design before the change. Very easy on the eyes to read. That is a good word to describe the new color scheme a "fruit salad".

Seems a bit slow to me, had more problesm yesterday, today seems a bit better. I do not like the color or popups, other than that it is ok.

It's not as efficient a design for fast browsing and reading as before. The slower load times are an issue, as are the unnecessary spaces btwn posts and extra "designs". Just my opinion. . . .

OMFG I hate the replying in a separate window.... how lame.

Why can't Anandtech get with the times and ditch Fusetalk altogether? It's total crap software when there is such better stuff (ie, vBulletin, Invision Board) out there for less money and runs a helluva lot faster.

At least the layout is an improvement, but the pop-up replying is LAME.

Seems to be working better today. Glad to see the page numbers again. A lot of the other forums don't have that and it takes awhile to page ahead. Give it a few days and see if things smooth out some more. I do agree that AT had one of the best looking forum sites before the changes. But everything changes.

Trying hard to like it, but I don't. Way too busy, colorful, and hard to read. Liked the last version better.

Quite often something which isnewer is Not better. <U>This is one of those cases</U>. The new FuseTalk creates a partial vacuum!

Navigation is dumb as a rock. If the wheel must be re-invented, re-invent the WHOLE wheel, instead of retreating into this. This is NOT an improvement, it's regression.

I have tried everything. Anandtech forum text can ony be modified through the personal options menu previously. No longer an option.
