I don't see how anything is being rigged... The whole point of the contest was to get more traffic to the TWiT network. I'm sorry you're taking it personally, but I don't appreciate being accused of breaking the rules.

that might be the underlying reason, but the stated one is that one should vote based on merit. leo is savy enough to know that it won't happen when theres a 10k pc on the line. so really he set up a situation where the person who rigs the game the most gets to win. its rather dubious.

I'll accept that, and I agree that it does boil down to who wants it the most. I just think its unfair to say that playing by the rules is "rigging the game."
