I don't really care for Belichick, but does this guy know the value of TD's or what?

I really think he doesn't want FG's unless they have no choice. Man, I wish we had a coach with that mindset.

But I will say that Belichick has much, MUCH more margin for error than any coach ever probably, and most coaches are too busy looking over their shoulders and are coaching to keep a job in the hopes of winning, so they don't take the risks Belichick takes.

But still...I wish we had a coach with that approach.

Belichick is a genius of a coach. Like him or not, he simply is amazing. The guy is always doing something nobody has seen. I agree he takes risks others don't, but he also rarely gets into a position where those risks not working out costs them the game. I mean, we remember the big ones, but those rarely come back to bite him.

And NE is getting going with arms fury now. They really are near unstoppable once they have a little momentum.

The local radio talked about how they do overthink things and try to be cute. Like playing zone against the Ravens to trick them instead of just manning up on the WRs like they did in the 2nd half to shut them down.

They (Sherman and Thomas) are going to have MRIs on Monday, but both have said they are playing in the SB. So, who knows how bad it really is. Sherman had an elbow injury, but that didn't stop him from covering. I imagine it really impacts his tackling ability though.

He came up wincing from that one tackle on 2nd or 3rd down on the GB field goal drive at the end. It looked brutal for him, but he was the only one left to cover that play at that point.

Looking bad for Indy's chances for any comeback as the time starts to be a factor and they will be a pass-only offense for the rest of the game.
