Bestbuy is going to have a thanksgiving special and the Palm VX will be on sale for $149 Maybe you can PM with Staples and use a $30 off $150 coupon somewhere. The Palm Vx retail is $299

And in case this deal wasn't sweet enough, there's a $45 MIR on the GPS unit - potentially making this deal 150 (PM to BB) - 30 (coupon) - 45 (MIR) = 75 + tax!!!

You can see the ad for this Palm vx in the image linked in the first post.

I just called the Staples manager at my local Staples and confirmed that the free items do not have any effect on the pricematch-ability with the BestBuy Palm Vx. He said to make sure that the bestBuy has it in stock and that you are trying to PM it during the sale period, 7-10am on Friday. He also said that the MIR for the GPS unit will not be valid because we wont have purchased it, thus there will be no sales receipt. I am going to try it anyway! Does any one know where the in-store coupons are, or where I *might* be able to find them?

I can expect there will be hotter Palm VX deals later like the one I got in at Compusa (bought 40GB HD and free m100 after MIR. sold m100 for $20 less at egay, got Palm Keyboard for $25 at target, got the Palm m100+keyboard $50 rebate from Palm. After all, the 40GB HD is free)
