Now your only chance is to play it like you didn't want to go out with her in the first place. Casually pretend to forget all about being in to her. But maybe start being a little mean to her occasionally and definitely try to up your mystery factor. Maybe blow her off occasionally. Be vague about things, and act like things that are a big deal are easy for you even if they aren't. Basically you have to play it cool, and hope her interest swings toward you. Even better would be if you could find some slut to hang out with and make her jealous. Obviously this sounds pretty high school but the same stuff works on adults its just not quite as easy. Once her interest is focused on you you can go back to being all gay for her and she will actually appreciate it. As of now she probably takes you for granted.

I was playing it cool. When I asked her out we really weren't friends like we had never officially "hung out" outside of the professional relationship. What I did was find out what ladder I'm on. I had yet to jump on either, I was just making the first step to rule out the relationship ladder. Looks like I'm on the friends ladder, and I'm ok with that.
