Upgrade Computer ADVICE!!!

2 kingston RAMs- don't know if both or only one is broken
7900gt stock OC
80 GB HHD,250GB HDD.
550W Thermaltake
DVDRW

need upgrade:

Basically I'm not big on gaming...average probably 4 hours a week gaming...
SUPER BIG mutli task and do a lot converting, burning, etc
I want my computer SUPER QUIET so all my parts are really silent...
the 7900gt has really really bad cooling and is very loud...FYI it's BFG
the reason I am doing all the cooling is because I NEVER want to have
issues with computer....I want to run this comp for another 4 years (???)
I have never built my own comp but this computer is a build not brand name...
I figured I could upgrade the parts myself change myself
any ADVICE for any of my parts?
GOOD COUPONS for NEWEGG!??!?!

Newegg doesn't have coupons, but I'd definitely get this Gigabyte DS3R, instead of that P5N-E.

basically because i don't want the computer to break down again during its three year reign...
The asrock is a 50 mobo...
by the way isn't the DS3 board for OCing?
My stupid friend think it's not worth it to upgrade all that...
I already spent about 1100 on this PC

If you do decide to get P5N-E SLI, make sure you are running BIOS 0401, or update/downgrade if necessary. Use AWDFLASH, not any other method.

I just did that after suffering startup problems with BIOS 0608.

You don't really need a new mobo unless you plan on OCing.

Definitely get some decent fans if you want a quiet PC. Yate Loons are definitely recommended.

And if you are serious about your computer being quiet, then get a better case, like Antec Solo or Antec P180/182

Rosewill R604---superior cooling
GA-P35-DS3L---Solid and cheap
VF700 CU---Quiet fan
Arctic Freezer 7 pro---Great cooling system
120mm fans---quiet and very cheap fans
500 or 400GB Samsung spinpoint HDDs

My co-worker, who hates noise from his PC, isn't too impressed with the AC F7pro. He's the type that likes silence and performance, but he can't OC with the AC F7Pro since it gets loud at OC'd speeds. If you're overclocking, go for the Scythe Ninja Plus Rev.B instead. Its much quieter than the AC F7Pro, in his opinion.
