Not much of an upgrade...it's a complete system revamp.
Anyways, I'm assembling a PC with the following;
- Intel Core i5 750
- Gigabyte GA-P55M-UD2 mobo
- 2*2GB DDR3 1333MHz RAM
As we know that the i5 750 is an awesome OC'er, I wanted to know whether it requires a third-party cooler if run @ stock clocks.
I will be mostly using this PC for moderate gaming, animation, media editing and I have no intention of OC'ing currently (I'll do it later).
I will be using my 9600GT as a GPU and will later upgrade when nVidia brings out it's DX-11 range (I just love PhysX)
Does RAM play any role in OC'ing ?
I mean if I buy cheap value RAM, say from Transcend or Kingston, will I be able to OC or do I have to buy Hi-performance RAM ??
Will the Sunbeamtech Core-contact freezer support these cpu's ??
