Upgrade time...or new build.

Video: GTX 750 Ti (2GB)

Honestly I would just upgrade your video card. If you upgrade to Skylake, you would see roughly about a 20% increase in cpu power, but you will pay a premium right now. Skylake k processors are starting to drop, but they are still selling over MSRP (6700k is listed at $349 by Intel).

I would get a good card and maybe a good deal on a power supply with rebate. You can always upgrade the next CPU cycle which hopefully will be more exciting than Skylake in actual performance.

Depending on what type of games you play, you could go 970 GTX or the AMD equivalent (which is usually cheaper).

If you are not already OC'ng your CPU you should add an after market heatsink. You shouldnt have any problems getting to 4.5ghz with a $35 cooler.

As for a gpu upgrade, it's hard to recommend spending money right now knowing next gen is only at most 6 months away.

750 Ti is really weak compared to the rest of your stuff, especially if you're a serious gamer. Because the next gen cards are coming out likely this summer, I have a hard time suggesting you spend lots of cash today on a card. Instead, I'd point to a used 7970 from eBay (can be had for around $130 shipped if you're a little patient). Quite an improvement from 750 Ti without spending too much ahead of the next generation.

And I'll second the suggestion to OC your 3570K. Even under stock cooler you should be able to hit 4GHz easily which will definitely help push the new GPU.
