If you don't travel, I would say yes, but if you do, or want to, the Amex Green, Gold, and Plat cards are the best because you can transfer the points to airline and hotel programs and get more than a penny a point worth of rewards.

I would only need about 4.5 visits to a VIP lounge to recoup the $450
I hardly ever travel by plane though, so no.
