Only warm. Was $42, but now $50. Update Monday March 5 - Now $42, was $45 Monday! They will NOT allow you to adjust price if it goes down after you order! So get in when you think it is best, it does go back UP at times. The previous thread has notes indicating it was $78 back on December 18, 2000. Keeps going lower and lower.
UpgradePlanet generic PC133 CAS3 32Mx4 DIMM
Shipping is $10.50 UPS ground if you get 1 or 2... makes sense to get at least 2 to save on shipping. They ship out of Washington DC area, and I have found they take 1 to 2 days to get the order packaged and out the door. They don't do the best job protecting the shipment... just a bubblewrap envelope (nothing ridged), but mine arrived fine all the way in Seattle (8 days via UPS GROUND!) and no problem.
I purchased these 1/13/2001 at $70 each.
Yes, there are good deals on RAM everywhere... I also got some of the Crucial at $90 for 256MB PC133 CAS2. But I'm not a freak about CAS2 vs. CAS3... I know in 6 months they will both be slow compared to commonly available PC2100 You get what you pay for, this deal isn't for everyone.
Last round, they were shipping at least 3 different brands of memory... toward the end everyone was getting the
Triangle Logo Mystery Brand (which I got). Works fine in my Asus P3V4X Via 133Pro motherboard... I run at 133Mhz FSB CAS3. I currently have 2 of the Mcron (Crucial) and 2 of the TriangleLogo sticks... I'll be moving the Micron to another system and have all 4 of the UpgradePlanet RAM in my main (P3V4X) system.
Enjoy.
