Upgrading Macbook RAM and HD. Question about RAM

Any reason to buy this ram over this ram? The first one is made by Kingston and is supposedly certified for Macbooks, the other one is made by PNY and is $15 cheaper.

I've use Kingston RAM before and happy with their product, never used PNY before. Question is , do I need to get the "Apple" ram for my Macbook (MB881LL/A) or will the performance of the PNY be just as good/fast?

As for the HD upgrade, I am upgrading the tiny 120GB drive to a WD Caviar 500GB 7200RPM. How do I "clone" the existing drive to the new one so I don't have to re-install the HD?

Edit: Even found this RAM at bestbuy for $54.99 4gb. Never heard of Memory master brand though, is this some in house BestBuy brand?

Unfortunately, I have the macbook 5,2 and 6400 won't work. But thanks for the copy cloner advice, Ill look into it.

I've found PNY to be just as good as Kingston in my limited experience (~10 PC's/laptops). I'm not sure that I would go with "Memory Master," but that may be just a personal thing--I've never heard of them. As far as I know, there is no need to go with special Apple-branded/approved RAM. I've used standard RAM in both a Mac Mini and a late 2009 Macbook upgrade, and have had no issues.
