If price is the primary concern, the next best deal after that ECS card is this card from MSI for $10 more at $180 AR and it comes with a free game in The Witcher. MSI has been around a long time so you should be safe with them if you have customer service concerns.

Okay, been away for a while and came back to do this now that I have the money and found that some items are no longer available. I am going with the high end option.

Two items I need to change are the RAM and the VIDEO card.

I want to go with 4GB of RAM minimum but would like to max it out if possible. What is the best RAM?

What is the latest EVGA card to go with or should I use this one as suggested above?

Thanks.

That video card is good, the newest video card from nvidia is the geforce gtx 280, it costs $580 and you have no need for it.

4 gigs of ram is fine.

Copilot, thanks so much for replying. Thought this thread would meet the pit of dispair.

I don't want to spend $400 plus on a video card, just want o be sure to get one that is good.

On the RAM what is the best RAM to get for this MB?
