you are pointing to your traps or an area just underneath them.
If you are experiencing pain in that area, try to make sure you have a neutral head position through the movement...DONT look up. For me, this means looking at the ground a ways in front, then my sight picture changes as i stand up while i keep my head and neck position the same.
Another thing that might be getting you up there is a rounded back. Think about keeping your shoulders back to maintain a flat back for the top portion of our back.
