Bought a Hard Drive from Buy.com and followed the tracking # from UPS and they said it was delivered yesterday. Well no hard drive was on my doorstep(or anywhere else).
Anyway on BUY.com site they say they cant make a claim until 10 days has past. Whats up with that? They said they delived it yesterday!
So, my main question is what kinda hoops do i need to jump through in order to get a new Hard drive or my money back?? Anyone else had this problem and what did you do? and how did it turn out? good or bad?
