UPS with Master Power Switch?

I'm looking for a good UPS for my home-office and I was wondering if any of them offer the convenience of a 'master power switch'? While most surge suppressors have this feature, I don't see it mentioned on any UPS. I know that surge-noise suppresion is usually built into a UPS, but why not a master power switch (to permit switching all plugged-in devices on/off at the same time)?

I know some Tripplite's had it - my BC Internet 675's main switch (only switch rather) shuts everything down. I have another Tripplite (rebadged as an IBM) with an on-off switch, but it appears that it only shuts down the battery backup - it doesn't seem to actually shut down the hardware attached.
Sorry if that wasn't much help...hopefully someone else will have something more useful.

I have two Tripplite 650 VA UPS units - one for each main computer, and I use them as master power switches always. Have done so for almost 3-4 years. I find that very convenient and it lets me be in command of my systems - especially when they will be off for a couple of weeks when I am traveling.

Hmm... since my original post, I checked out my buddy's Tripplite 'OmniSmart' 1000-USB, but it isn't smart enough because when he pushes the switch OFF it disconnects battery power to the devices, but does not disconnect the AC to the devices! Apparently, the OFF position is just used to allow the battery to charge without any load on it...

My Belkin model has a "master" power switch. I don't use it though, as I don't turn my computers off. Turning it off, does, however, turn everything off. Even if I were going to turn my systems off, I wouldn't go this route. For one thing, I am not crawling around under my desk to turn off my UPS when my PC and other devices have perfectly serviceable on/off switches easily accessable.

My APC BackUPS Pro 1100 (Sam's Club model) has a "master" power switch. I don't use it either, but it's under $120 @ Sam's and has gobs of power.

EeyoreX, beatle~ judging from your responses, it sounds like you leave your systems running all the time... As I'm only on my system about 6 hrs/day, I don't think that's the best way to go for me!

When I turn off my Tripplite UPS, the backed up plugs go totally OFF - no power. I don't use the other plugs. All I connect to it are the monitor and the CPU. The rest of the stuff (peripherals) are on a normal power switch box.
