I was charged $6.95 for shipping for my order (4289).
When i placed the order on 1/17/02, the offer said
free shipping in the U.S. and there was no tax
charged on my statement. It said my total was 32.00.
I have all of the paperwork printed and the invoice
saved on my hard drive for evidence. If you would
like a copy, I will forward it to you upon your
request. I did not authorize for my credit card
account to be charged $38.95 yet it was. I expect my
credit card to reimbursed for the $6.95 and an
confirmation email stating that it was done by the end
of the week or I will notify the proper authorities.

regardless of the fact that it shouldn't have been
there, the fact of the matter is, it was there. that
is false advertising. Please reply with the email
address and phone number of your superior.
