Urgent Pls Help: Soyo K7VTA Pro w/Duron 1.2 Morgan Core

I just bought a Soyo K7VTA Pro with KT133A Chipset and a Duron 1.2 GHz with Morgan Core. I get an error saying "Processor Damage or not install properly, lithium ion battery discharge" I'm wondering if this motherboard with bios rev 20010903 supports this particular CPU. If it does not, how would i go about flashing the BIOS if the computer won't boot? Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

thanks for the replys. This must be one of the strangest problems I have ever had.

Both mobo and cpu are actually fine. All I need to to is put the video card in the AGP slot but not connect it my monitor first. then Computer booted up fine, no error message, then I connected the video card to monitor, problem solved. Everything went perfect after that. strange huh?
